Junagadh,
Dec 18 (UNI) A lioness rescued from Gir forests over a week ago died at
Jasadhar animal care center in Gir Somnath district of Gujarat on
Wednesday.
CCF Junagadh DT Vasavada said the old lioness aged 12
years was rescued from Sonariya village of Kothariya round in Tulsishyam
range in Gir West forests in December 9.
It was taken at Jasadhar animal care for treatment where It died due to old age related complications.
