Isn't it too early to say that it died 'after' falling into well??

According to these type of reports, it can be said that Asiatic Lion is a Stupid Animal which falls in any well around. Isn't it strange, that so far we have not came across any dog, goat, deer, camel, buffalo, cow or even donkey fallen in a well in such a stupid way.
(gone to the well to quench the thirst and falls in and silently get drowned... stupid indeed)
